Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary to secure conditions for all-round development of a sound personality at school, and believes that the said issue is to be settled within the scope of administrative and territorial reform.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine made the above mentioned statement at the theoretical and practical conference "Implementation of the State Policy related to the Development of Education in Ivano-Frankivsk Region", held on Tuesday in Ivano-Frankivsk.
A.Yatseniuk stated that the issue concerning provision of children´s all-round development should be settled within the scope of administrative and territorial reform. "It is necessary to accumulate governmental resources and allocate the funds for the settlement of crucial matters", - underscored Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
